Thanks to everyone for making the 2016 Capital City Blues and River Festival such a success! It was a wonderful evening and was one of the most successful fundraisers in the history of Family Abuse Services, Inc. On behalf of the FASI Board and staff, we want to thank our generous sponsors, all those who donated items for the silent auction and the live dessert auction, and Fall City Smokers/the Frankfort Police Department for the tasty food. We couldn't have done this without all the wonderful volunteers who gave so much of their time both in planning the event and making sure it ran smoothly. We can't say enough about our talented performers -- Tee Dee Young and Robbie Bartlett. We still hear rave reviews about not just their performances, but how they interacted with the crowd and what nice, gracious people they were. To all those who came out from the community to support our event with both your presence and your monetary contributions, we can't thank you enough. Know that we will use your money wisely to operate Franklin County's only domestic violence and elder abuse safe house. Your support truly saves lives. We welcome any suggestions or comments you have regarding the festival and look forward to seeing you next year! And, speaking of next year....MARK YOUR CALENDAR FOR SATURDAY, AUGUST 26, 2017 FOR THE 2017 CAPITAL CITY BLUES AND RIVER FESTIVAL!!!
